・範囲：商品未着や遅延によって直接的に発生する費用や損害
【補償対象の損失】
・未着や遅延により商品が使用できなかった場合の購入代金（返品）
・代替商品の購入費用（購入代金以内）
・未着や遅延により発生した再配送の費用やその他の追加手数料
【補償対象外】
・商品が届かないことで発生した写真館のキャンセル料や撮影日程の変更手数料
・商品が届かないことでビジネス上の機会を失い、利益を得られなかった場合の損失
・精神的損害やその他の派生的な費用
